The objective of this international congress is to present the most recent works in research and development in the region called "lithium triangle" (Argentina, Bolivia and Chile) and in the world on issues of industrial and strategic minerals, with special emphasis on lithium.​

We aim to strengthen and build new national and international collaboration networks between researchers from these 3 countries together with national and international industry, as well as researchers from academic institutions beyond the lithium triangle, in this way, promote research, development and innovation in the lithium value chain with a sustainable and supportable vision.
