GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION 

Abstract for poster presentation must be submitted exclusively via email to iwlime@outlook.com 

 

The scientific committee will review the submitted abstract and provide you with instructions via email on how to submit your poster in PDF format (maximum size 3 MB) to iwlime@outlook.com

Poster presentations will be conducted in person. Poster presenters are required to appear one hour before the start of the poster session to hang their posters in designated areas, as indicated at the commencement of the IWLiME 2023 International Conference.

 

Technical Requirements for posters 

• Poster dimensions: Width: 70 cm (36 inches), Height: 100 cm (51 inches).

• Orientation: Vertical.

• Author affiliations and e-mail addresses should be included. 

 

Your poster should also include: 

• Title 

• Authors 

• Introduction 

• Results and Discussion 

• Conclusions 

• Acknowledgments (if necessary) 

 

Best Poster Award 

The Best Poster Presentation will be selected, and the award will include a certificate signed by the Conference Chair along with a gift from the IWLiME 2023 organization. Results will be announced on the official IWLiME website.

GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION

Abstracts for oral presentations must be submitted exclusively via email to iwlime@outlook.com

When submitting your oral presentation, please provide it in PDF format, and kindly refrain from including animations whenever possible. Please send both your presentation and abstract to the same email address, iwlime@outlook.com. The scientific committee will review your submission and provide instructions as needed. These materials will be utilized in the compilation of proceedings following the conclusion of the event, and the proceedings will be shared with registered participants.

 

Please note that access to IWLiME 2023 will be granted only to registered and accepted participants. Registration will close on October 9th.
